Concept

  • The TEL-Series is a large size robot system specially developed for extra-large injection molding applications. Carrying forward Tenso’s strong design heritage, the third-generation With unique kick-back design, TEL breaks past limitations with a payload capacity of up to 70 kg, and offers the option to upgrade with a unique rotation axis. This added freedom of motion makes the TEL Series is the perfect solution for applications in industries like automotive parts, large furniture, TVs, refrigerators, and logistics pallets.
  • Powered by the latest generation of Tenso technology, the TEL series features a telescopic vertical arm combined with Tenso’s proprietary air-cylinder load-balancing system — a fully self-developed structural design. This delivers greater performance stability and more flexible load capacity, making it the ideal choice for standard automation on 1,300 to 5,000-ton injection molding machines. With our intuitive, in-house developed T-12 Controller, programming and operating the robot arm is incredibly easy — you’ll get the hang of it the moment you touch it.

  • Tenso’s unique air-cylinder load-balancing system is an advanced design we’re proud of. Acts as a counterbalance to relieve motor stress, extending motor lifespan significantly. When facing unexpected heavy-load situations, the system allows on-the-fly pressure adjustments — Allows instant increase of the robot arm's payload capacity without any mechanical modifications.
