Tenso linear robots are used with IMM(Injection Molding Machine)
The 5 axis robot is base on 3 axis servo drive robot to add 2 more rotations axis at end of arm, to make the robot arm wrist part can rotations free, maximum can up to 0~270 degree on A axis and C axis,
On this video we show up it how to work with air nipper and 5 axis robot co-operation for cut the sprue and also reduce human needs in factory to achieve real automation in production line.
