Tenso IML TN-Series robots
The 3 axis robot is base on 3 axis servo drive robot and use rack and pinion system for transmission, to increase the precision and reliability, repeatability precision up to 0.05mm,
On this video we show up it how to work with IML porject,
The ALS (Automatic Labeling System) are also production from Tenso Robot, include Design, Machining process, Assembly, Integration and Running test, and share the controller with the Robots , save the holding cost and maintenance costs,
▶
There got the powerful structure and flexible product architecture, And there is a very specific solution to prevent label sticking and provide stable production,
And before robots arm goes up for pick-up the product, we face another challenge,
The Max. open stroke is not big enough for the project, horizontal space is not enough,
To solve the space problem,
before robots goes up, we make product go up first,
we use the transmission mechanism to solve it,
As described above,
Before labeling the lable into the mold, we product goes up, it can be bypass the space problem smoothly,
