Tenso ultra-large robot | C axes rotations | pick-up car bumper solution

⚡Tenso ultra-large robots are used with 2000 Tons~5000Tons IMM(Injection Molding Machine)

♚ The 4 axis robot is base on 3 axis servo drive robot to add one more rotations axis at end of arm, to make the robot arm wrist part can rotations free, maximum can up to 0~270 degree on C axis,

On this video we show up it how to work with take out,

We use the characteristics of Tenso Robot, powerful structure performance of the robot to shake up and down before take-out the product, so that the barb of the product demold from the male mold,

And before robots arm goes up, we face another challenge,

The Tie-bar is narrower than the product, horizontal space is not enough,

To solve the space problem, we use the No.4 axis (C - Axis) to solve it,

As described above, maximum rotations can up to 0~270 degree on C axis,

Before vertical axis(Z - Axis) goes up, we make C - Axis rotation 45 dgree, it can be bypass Tie-bar and pick-up the car bumper smoothly,

▶Successfully completed a takeout task◀
